We want the place to change with you: a mid-afternoon aperitif, pasta or pizza for dinner, a bottle of wine, music and a leisurely after-dinner drink. We have also created separate kitchens so that people with coeliac disease can enjoy the exact same experience, without any absurd penalties...

We cannot be contained in a single word.
We could say trattoria, Italian culinary workshop, osteria or pizzeria. Each tells a part, none tells the whole. Pizza matters a great deal to us, but Isla Sicilia is quite a bit more than that... Or simply a place where you go to eat well and enjoy yourself.

An eatery with a contemporary spirit.
We chose “Italian Eatery” because it describes an attitude, not a category. Here, the Italian recipe book, the warmth of an eatery, a modern perspective, and that dose of madness that appears when the night gets going all live together.
